The on-line implementation of the Prediktor system

The model described on the idea page has been implemented in the Prediktor on-line prediction system. The implementation is shown in the figure below. The idea is that the meteorologcal institute/service/office sends their operational NWP data, or Prediktor downloads it from a ftp-site, transforms the wind speed forecasts to wind power forecasts, stores the results in a database and shows them via interactive web pages.
